Reflection


In our subject, ICT, I’ve learned and gained many things and discoveries. Ma’am Evelyn Vera Cruz, our subject teacher taught us how to make a blog wherein we can make a post according to what we want to express or to say. Having a blog gives many uses like having an online diary and communicating to others especially to some of our relatives. I’ve also learned about the persons involved, discovered and developed. Internet, the history of internet and the internet services and tools.
During our period, I sometimes encountering  challenges like in voting in The New Seven Wonders of Nature, some of us are competing by each other by having or voting many times or to finish all the email addresses printed on a long band paper. I also encountered problems like in doing my posts; I’m hurrying it so that I can finish it immediately.
      
 I stay calm and relax. That’s what I did to address these challenges and problems. I have patience and I think positive so that I can finish all the tasks given to us by our teacher.
      
 Moving on, I will study harder in ICT so that I can enjoy the ride and I can do better next time. I will apply the lessons I’ve learned here in college. And also I will be more patient so that I can manage easily everything the activities or tasks given.

    

PAGKAIN NG GULAY UGALIIN, ARAW-ARAW ITONG IHAIN

To stay healthy, we need to eat healthful foods like, vegetables. Nowadays, there are so many childrens and also youths who loses their apetites because their attention is in "junk foods." 
       
Vegetables gives nutrients that helps our body to become stronger and to avoid diseases. Nutrients came from vegetables gives us the energy everyday. These gives us proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins and minerals which will make us stay warm, breathe, think and grow.

July is the month wherein we celebrate the "Nutrition Month Celebration." The theme is "Pagkain ng Gulay Ugaliin, Araw-araw itong Ihain." If we eat vegetables everyday, we are free from sickness and aside from that, we can gat the nutrients needed in our body, to stay healthier and live longer.

Everyone of us needs vegetables. So why not change your mind and be a vegetarian? Life is precious and wonderful, we must treasure it.
